A Columbus native, Taylor Richardson combines industry expertise, market knowledge, and a client-first approach to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals.
After earning his degree from Mississippi State University in 2012, Taylor built a strong foundation in real estate by managing multi-family and commercial properties. In 2017, he joined GGTR, and by 2021, he was elected to its Board of Directors. Today, as a Broker Associate with Farmer Commercial Properties, Taylor specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers, veterans, estates, investors, and business owners in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
Dedicated to Community and Service
Beyond real estate, Taylor is passionate about giving back to his community. He is the Past President and current Secretary of the Columbus Kiwanis Club, where he helps lead service projects and fundraisers that benefit local children. Additionally, he serves as Secretary and Board Member of the Columbus Soccer Organization, leading a capital campaign to fund a state-of-the-art indoor soccer and sports facility. He enjoys teaching and mentoring young athletes as a dedicated youth soccer coach.
Life Beyond Real Estate
Taylor and his wife, Jessica, have been happily married since 2017 and are proud parents to Amelia and Matthew. Their home is filled with love—and plenty of energy—thanks to their three pets: Rocky, Stella, and Pedro.
In his free time, Taylor enjoys:

✔ Competing in disc golf with the Columbus Disc Golf Association

A committed member of First Presbyterian Church, Taylor serves as an Elder and Co-Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee.
